1. No Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds or payment reversals once an order has been placed and delivered.

2. Replacement Policy

  • In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it with another product of the same price/value.
  • To initiate a replacement, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting our support team at [your support email/WhatsApp number].

3. Courier/Shipping Charges

  • While we replace the product free of cost, the customer will bear the courier/shipping charges for sending the product back as well as for the re-shipment of the replacement item.

4. Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • A clear unboxing video or photo proof must be shared at the time of claiming a replacement.
  • The product should be shipped back to us within 7 days of approval of the replacement request.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or replaced:

  • Perfumes that are opened or used.
  • Gift hampers with tampered packaging.
  • Customized or special-order items.

6. Final Decision

Auraya Luxury reserves the right to approve or reject any replacement request if it does not meet the above conditions.
