  • We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India using trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery timelines are estimated at 3–7 business days (may vary based on location).
  • Delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Perfumes and personal care products are non-returnable once opened due to hygiene reasons.
  • In case of damaged or defective products, customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@aurayaluxury.com with order details and proof.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (logos, images, descriptions, designs) belongs to Auraya Luxury and cannot be copied or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Auraya Luxury shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website usage.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring no allergies or sensitivities before using perfumes or products.
