🚚 Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All prepaid and COD orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on location.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Auraya Luxury is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only.


💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To maintain smooth operations and reduce fake orders, the following rules apply:

  • COD is available on selected pin codes only.

  • A confirmation call or WhatsApp verification may be required before dispatch.

  • Auraya Luxury reserves the right to cancel unverified COD orders.

  • If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed COD order at delivery, Auraya Luxury reserves the right to:

    • Restrict future COD access

    • Cancel future orders without notice

For high-value orders, partial advance payment may be requested.


❌ Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, or before dispatch — whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • Refusal of delivery will not qualify as cancellation.

  • Shipping charges (both forward and return) will be deducted in such cases.

🔁 Returns & Replacement Policy

Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and personal-use safety regulations, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered.


Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacement only if:

  • The product was damaged in transit

  • The product is defective

  • An incorrect product was delivered

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos

  • A complete unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Order details

Requests without unboxing proof may not be accepted.


Replacement Conditions

To qualify:

  • The product must be unused and unopened

  • It must be returned in original packaging

  • It must be shipped back within 7 days of approval

  • It must pass internal quality inspection

Auraya Luxury reserves the right to reject replacement requests that do not meet these conditions.


Shipping Charges for Replacement

  • Customers are responsible for return courier charges.

  • Customers are responsible for re-shipping charges for replacement items.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Gift hampers with tampered packaging

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Items purchased under sale, clearance, or promotional offers
